Newsletter Subscriptions

We collect only the email address you voluntarily provide, to send subscription confirmation messages and the Yunlin Tao Community newsletter. You will join the mailing list only after clicking the link in the confirmation email.

Data Storage and Email Delivery

Subscriptions and mailing lists are managed using our self-hosted Listmonk system, with data stored in a database on our NAS. Your email address and email content are passed to the configured professional email delivery service for sending. Details of the service will be added when the subscription page opens.

Unsubscribe

Every newsletter includes an unsubscribe link. After unsubscribing, delivery stops and your unsubscribe status is retained to prevent accidental mailings. To enquire about or delete your data, please use our contact page to get in touch.

Sharing and External Websites

LINE, Facebook and Telegram share links take you to those platforms, which process information under their own privacy policies. Instagram sharing uses your device’s sharing menu or copies the link. YouTube videos and other external embeds are also subject to their providers’ privacy policies.
